The Bellefontaine Lady Chiefs traveled to Springfield Shawnee on Thursday and lost 10-0 in five innings.
Bellefontaine struggled to string together any form of offense, but was led by Kassi Prine ,going 2-3.
Shawnee was led by Nicole Greene and Maura Simpson, who both went 2-for-3 with 2 RBIs.
The loss drops Bellefontaine’s record to 6-12 overall, 4-9 in the conference.
The Lady Chiefs will celebrate their seven seniors in their last home game of the season tonight when they host North Union.
