The Lady Chiefs golf team slipped by the Lady Hillclimbers 197 to 204 Tuesday evening.
Junior Kate Myers fired a season-best 43 to lead the Chiefs and was the medalist for the round.
Kyndal Newkirk’s 50 & Lexi Buffkin’s 51 combined with Gillian Steele’s 53 rounded out the top 4.
Emily Taylor shot a 55 and Elliett Lang’s 62 rounded out the Varsity 6.
For the JV, Freshman Ella Fultz and Olivia Dearwester, both 1st-year golfers, had quality shots and showed improvement in their game.
The Chiefs return to action next week as they travel to Bluffton Monday and are back at home on Tuesday to take on CBC rival Jonathan Alder.
