Lady Chiefs Tennis Team Faces Tough Loss at Cedarville

The Lady Chiefs tennis team faced a challenging match against Cedarville on Tuesday night, resulting in a 0-5 loss.

In singles action, Lauren Wiesel defeated Arrisa Carver with a commanding 6-0, 6-0 score, while Amanda Adams secured a similar victory over Harley Neer, also finishing 6-0, 6-0. Florence Stewart rounded out the singles matches with a win against Addison Prosser, 6-1, 6-0.

In doubles play, the Cedarville team continued their dominance. The duo of Franz and Faulkner overcame Emma Merrin and Adison Postle with a 6-1, 6-2 win. Meanwhile, Reed and Vaughn defeated Olivia Warye Pinkerton and Kaelynn Saxton with a decisive 6-0, 6-0 score.

The Lady Chiefs will look to rebound when they travel to Tecumseh for their first league match on Thursday at 4:30 PM.
