The Lady Chiefs tennis team traveled to Jonathan Alder High School for a conference match on Tuesday night, where they were defeated 0-5.
In singles play, Jonathan Alder’s S. Green and N. Neuter won decisively against the Chiefs’ Arrisa Carver and Emma Merrin with identical scores of 6-0, 6-0. The 3rd Singles match was awarded to Jonathan Alder by forfeit.
In doubles action, Jonathan Alder’s pairs also secured victories. Moran and Manring defeated Olivia Warye and Kaelynn Saxton 6-0, 6-1, while Flores-Villanueva and Johnson bested Harley Neer and Addison Prosser with the same score.
The Chiefs will have a break before their next match, scheduled for Tuesday, September 3rd when they will face London at 4:30 PM.
