The Bellefontaine varsity girls’ team defeated Kenton Ridge Tuesday 2303-2202.
Gracie Hood sparked the Lady Chiefs with games of 206 and 215 for a 421 series, Kayla Watkins rolled a 174 game and a 343 series, Chloe Heminger tallied games of 169 and 164 for a 333 series, and Aubrey Hudson had a 166 game and a 304 series.
In the JV contest, Bellefontaine topped Kenton Ridge 1903-1552.
Leading the Lady Chiefs was Hilary Horn with games of 149 and 167 for a 316 series, Katie Crabill rolled a 302 series (180 and 122), and Isabelle Gunnett had a 290 series (136 and 160).
The Indian Lake varsity girls fell on the road to Jonathan Alder 2108-1885.
Leading the Lady Lakers was Kayleigh Zedlitz with a 320 series and Samantha Johnson rolled a 305 series.
Indian Lake will take on Benjamin Logan Wednesday at TP Lanes.
In boys bowling action, Bellefontaine’s varsity team lost to Kenton Ridge 2546-1846 at Northridge Lanes.
Leading the Chiefs was Drake Argabright with games of 185 and 164 for a 349 series.
Caden Gibbs rolled games of 121 and 149 for a 270 series.
Also bowling for Bellefontaine was Spencer Lane who tallied a 129, Beckett Vilaysane had a 126, Rory Pierce and Alex Williams each chipped in with a 122, Garrett Brede was right behind them with a 121, and Aiden Mai rolled a 114.
The Chiefs will be on the road Thursday taking on Urbana.
