Lady Chieftains Power Through for Win, Tigers Dominate, and Pirates Battle Hard

The Lady Chieftains earned a win over Greenon, 51-43.

Quinlan Zedeker led the way with 18 points and 4 rebounds.

Tiffany Boop added 10 points and 7 rebounds, while Gabbe Hoon contributed 7 points and had 9 rebounds.

Hailee Lamb chipped in 6 points, and both Rylie Reames and Laila Butler scored 5 points and grabbed 6 rebounds each.

The JV Lady Chieftains also won 47-22.

Hailee Lamb led the scoring with 17 points, followed by Richion Burnell with 16 points and Joy Fogan with 7 points.

The Lady Chieftains improved to 10-4 on the season.

Their next game is Wednesday against North Union, which will also be Senior Night.

The West Liberty-Salem Tigers dominated Northeastern, winning 68-7.

Arianna Weaver led the Tigers with 14 points, followed by Maddie McGill with 11 points, and Addi Wallen with 13 points.

In the JV game, WL-S also came out on top, winning 29-4.

Lucy Cole led the JV scoring with 10 points.

The varsity Lady Pirates fell to Bethel 36-29.

Avery Perk led the way with 7 points, and Kenna Johnson added 6 points.

The Lady Pirates’ record now stands at 4-9 for the season.

The JV Lady Pirates lost to Bethel 18-13 in two quarters, with Kenzie Stotler leading the team in scoring with 9 points.
