The Lady Indians built an early advantage in the traditional games, rolling series of 869 and 873 for a 1742 total, before holding off a late Bellefontaine surge during baker play. Bellefontaine outscored Mechanicsburg in the baker games 790–710, but Mechanicsburg’s earlier lead proved to be the difference, securing the win by 18 pins.

Mechanicsburg was led by Ashton Waller, who posted a 461 series with games of 234 and 227. Other scoring for the Lady Indians included:

  • McKenzi Picklesimer — 201, 151 (352)

  • Kenzie Chester — 174, 146 (320)

  • Haley Alty — 127

  • Rylee Anderson — 157, 137 (294)

  • Kodi Palmer — 141, 129 (270)

The match served as valuable preparation for both teams, as it was contested on the sectional and district oil pattern at a different bowling center. Bellefontaine will continue postseason preparation this Saturday, bowling at Wayne Webb Lanes in Columbus at 10:30 a.m. on the same oil pattern.
