Lady Raiders secure walk-off win

The Benjamin Logan Lady Raiders earned a 4-2 win in extra innings over Southeastern on Thursday.

With the game tied at two in the bottom of the ninth, Chloe Crumm delivered a walk-off triple, driving in two runs to give the Raiders the victory.

The game remained scoreless until the fourth inning when Southeastern scored two runs.

However, the Lady Raiders quickly responded in the fifth, as Sidney Sallee doubled to right field, bringing the team back to even at two.

Crumm, Skylar Miracle, and Sallee each recorded one hit for the team, with Crumm and Sallee driving in two runs apiece.

In the circle, Adilynne Gregg started for the Lady Raiders, pitching a complete game.

She allowed just four hits and struck out five batters.

Crumm stepped in for the extra innings, holding Southeastern hitless and scoreless to earn the win.

The Lady Raiders will be back in action on Saturday, hosting Celina for one game at noon.
