The West Liberty-Salem varsity girls shut out Anna 1-0.
Scoring the lone goal for the Lady Tigers was Ivy Cline.
Defensively, Delaney Wade had 4 saves.
West Liberty-Salem improves to 11-0.
Middle School Soccer
The Benjamin Logan 7th/8th-grade Gold team traveled to Indian Lake for the first round of the High Point Soccer league tournament.
After an early own goal by the Raiders, they were able to knot it up 1-1 with a corner kick assist from Brock Henry to Lucy Johns.
After a hard-fought second half on defense by Belen Palmer, Brooklyn Smedley, Maximus Clapsaddle, Brylee Buyer, Ian Henault, Issac Skidmore, and Lottie Bodin the game ended at 1-1.
The game went straight to penalty kicks.
Johns, Clapsaddle, and Buyer were able to find the net. Garret Daum turned away a couple of shots in goal to end 3-3.
The second round of PKs saw Palmer, Smedley, Bode Clapsaddle, and Bodin score with Daum again coming up with some key saves to pull out the 2-1 PK win.
The Raiders are back in action Thursday taking on West Liberty 1 at Lions Park.
Youth Soccer
TDH Law defeated Mary Rutan Hospital Health 5-1.
Scoring for TDH was Keaton Dinovo with two goals, Kylie Lowe, Matthew Torsel, and Jackson Lynch each had a goal.
Brycen Fletcher scored for Mary Rutan.
Myles Wright had 10 saves in the goal for Mary Rutan.
