Indian Lake track and field turned in a strong home performance at the Laker Invitational, highlighted by the boys team winning the meet title with 173 points, while the girls were powered by a dominant four-win day from Addison Beck.
The Lakers boys scored in every event to showcase impressive depth on their way to the team championship.

Indian Lake Boys – 1st Place (173 points)
Indian Lake’s balanced lineup delivered points across the board, combining sprint success, strong relay performances, and key field event finishes.
Gavin Henry led the way with a win in the 300-meter hurdles (40.97) while also placing second in the 110 hurdles (15.57).
Aidan Stinebaugh had a standout meet, winning triple jump (42-3.25), finishing second in the 400 dash (52.3), and taking fourth in long jump (17-11.75).
Carter Barnett added another event title by winning long jump at 18-7.75.
The Lakers also captured first in the 4×100 relay, as Silas Holbrook, Gavin Henry, Noah Shirk, and Wes Campbell combined for a winning time of 45.31.
Additional runner-up finishes came from:
- Will Faler in the 800 (2:13)
- Silas Holbrook in the 100 (11.73)
- Wes Campbell in the 200 (23.9)
- Kade Richardson in triple jump (35-10.25)
Indian Lake also placed second in three relays:
- 4×800 relay – Jordan Henderson, Carson Clary, Cason Lacher, Will Faler (9:03)
- 4×200 relay – Kade Richardson, Wes Campbell, Silas Holbrook, Noah Shirk (1:34)
- 4×400 relay – Kade Richardson, Silas Holbrook, Gavin Henry, Will Faler (3:36)
Additional scoring came from Titus Kelly (third, 3200), multiple fourth-place finishes from Wyatt Whitsett, Blake Sell, Noah Shirk, and Nathan White, along with several fifth-, sixth-, and seventh-place efforts that helped the Lakers score in every event.
Indian Lake Girls – 4th place (103.5 Points)
The Indian Lake girls were led by a spectacular day from Addison Beck, who won four individual events.
Beck captured first place in:
- Long jump (17-1.75)
- High jump (5-0)
- 100 dash (13.1)
- 200 dash (27.31)
Diem Martin added a runner-up finish in triple jump (25-2.5).
Other top performances included:
- Terra Beltz – third in shot put (31-3)
- Laura Metzger – third in the 3200 (13:05)
The Lakers also earned multiple fourth-place finishes, including Haley Metzger in triple jump, Kayleigh Taylor in the 3200, Alicia Brielmaier in the 800, plus the 4×800 and 4×100 relay teams.
Additional scoring came from Mary Archer (fifth, 400), Piper Warnecke (fifth in 200, sixth in 100), Kayleigh Taylor (sixth, pole vault), the 4×400 relay team (sixth), and the 4×200 relay squad (seventh).
Indian Lake continues building momentum as both teams head deeper into the regular season with conference and postseason meets approaching.
