Indian Lake senior Jaxon Snipes competed Tuesday at the Division II Boys District Golf Tournament at Heatherwoode Golf Course.
Snipes finished the round with a total score of 88, shooting a 44 on the front nine and a 44 on the back nine.
He finished the day 17 over par, recording five pars and nine bogeys during his round.
Snipes battled throughout the tournament and finished tied for 56th overall as he represented Indian Lake at the district level.
The tournament marked another opportunity for Snipes to compete against some of the top golfers in the area as he wrapped up his high school golf season.
