Lauck Appointed as Tigers Varsity Girls Soccer Coach

The West Liberty-Salem Athletic Department is excited to announce that upon the recommendation of WL-S Superintendent Kraig Hissong, Mandy Lauck will take over as the next Head Varsity Girls Soccer Coach.

Coach Lauck joins the team and brings over two decades of wide-ranging coaching experience with her. Her expertise extends from youth sports—including run club, soccer, basketball, softball, and AAU—to varsity basketball, tennis, and track & field. She has devoted the last 20 years to soccer, enriching her impressive resume as an assistant and head coach for Middle School Soccer in the past 8 years. Furthermore, she has been an instrumental assistant coach for Hi-Point Soccer Club for the past two years. Coach Lauck, alongside her experienced and knowledgeable staff, is eager to lead our varsity program.

We are thrilled to announce that Mandy Lauck has joined us as the new Girls Varsity Soccer Coach. With her passion for the sport, a strong desire to develop student-athletes, and her love for coaching, she makes a brilliant addition to our team.

Athletic Director Morgan Sullivan expressed his enthusiasm regarding Coach Lauck’s appointment: “We are excited to welcome Coach Lauck to the team. Her dedication to the development of student-athletes, along with her extensive coaching experience and passion for coaching, makes her the ideal candidate for this role.
