The Wrestling Lakers had a busy weekend with the men competing Saturday 1/13 in the Coldwater Sieleski Duals.
On Saturday, the Laker Men finished 3rd overall in Coldwater led by Gavin Henry, Owen Pummel, Zander Davis, and Dylan Valerio who were all unbeaten on the weekend.
Junior Owen Pummel also hit a milestone as a competitor eclipsing the 100-win mark on his career in our first match vs. Columbus Grove emphatically with a pin.
The Lakers return to the mats this coming Wednesday visiting Tecumseh with a Tri meet with Tecumseh and Bethel beginning at 5:30.
On Sunday, the Lady Lakers traveled to Fostoria and finished 4th overall in the 17-team field.
4 ladies- Riley Shaner 130, Kiylee Haudee 155, Tori Roby 170, and Maddie Miller 235 all finished 3rd.
Shannyn Brunson 105 finished 4th and Isabel Brunson 110 rounded out the placers in 5th place.
The Raiders finish as Champions at the Coldwater Sieski Duals Invitational.
Raiders went 5-0 on the day.

Bellefontaine’s High School Wrestling Team competed at the Miamisburg Invitational on Saturday and placed 6th out of 16 teams.
Individually, the Chiefs had six placers in the top four.
