Logwood named OHC boys Player of the Year – OHC Basketball awards

The Ohio Heritage Conference recently announced its all-conference boys and girls basketball awards.

Mechanicsburg, Triad, and West Liberty-Salem had several players honored.

Boys:

West Liberty-Salem’s Taran Logwood was awarded the OHC Player of the Year. On the year, Logwood averaged a double-double with 13.4 points per game and 11 rebounds per game, which led the OHC.

First Team:

Kane Bailey – Triad

Matt Jones – West Liberty-Salem

Taran Logwood – West Liberty-Salem

Second Team:

Tyler Perry – Triad

Honorable Mention:

Brennin Eyink – Mechanicsburg

Mason Hess – Mechanicsburg

Brevin Louden – West Liberty-Salem

Mechanicsburg’s Olivia Skillings was named the OHC Player of the Year.

Lily Weaver – West Liberty-Salem
