A full slate of Friday night high school basketball action brought big performances, conference matchups, and key wins across the area. Benjamin Logan defended home court against Graham, Indian Lake cruised past Shawnee, West Liberty-Salem stayed hot in the OHC, and Bellefontaine battled in a tough road test at Kenton Ridge. Here’s a complete recap from around the area.

Benjamin Logan 57, Graham 45

The Benjamin Logan Raiders defended their home floor Friday night, defeating the Graham Falcons 57-45 behind a dominant performance from Roman Maxwell.

Maxwell led all scorers with 26 points and pulled down 9 rebounds to pace the Raiders. Carter Fay added 7 points and 3 rebounds, while Clayton Jenkins and Maddox Vermillion chipped in 6 points apiece. Christian Rogan finished with 5 points and a steal, Diesel Baughman had 4 points and 5 assists, and Peyton Vermillion added 4 points.

JV: Graham 40, Benjamin Logan 34
Owen Stratton led the Raiders with 13 points, and Gabe Predmore added 5.

JVB: Benjamin Logan 57, Graham 28
Micah Gregg scored 20 points and Carrick Spriggs added 18 in the win.

West Liberty-Salem 64, Fairbanks 50

West Liberty-Salem continued its strong season Friday night, improving to 10-3 overall and 8-2 in the OHC with a 64-50 win over Fairbanks.

Brandel Sullivan poured in 29 points to lead the Tigers. Sutton Wilcoxon followed with 11, Beckett Sullivan scored 9, Brevin Louden had 7, Troy Christison added 5, and Carson Poppe finished with 3.

JVA: Fairbanks 43, West Liberty-Salem 30
Casey Boyer scored 11, Asher Cole and Connor Leichty each added 8, Josiah Johnson had 2, and Tucker Searles finished with 1.

JVB: Bethel 38, West Liberty-Salem 31
Austin Markin led with 11 points. Tyler Hershberger and Rylan Leichty each scored 6, Eli Jones added 4, and Isaiah Barth and Reghan McCullough scored 2 apiece.

Indian Lake 53, Shawnee 36

Indian Lake earned a convincing home win over Shawnee, pulling away for a 53-36 victory.

Brodey Reisinger led the Lakers with 15 points. Tyler Tidwell scored 12, while Cooper Hall and Avery Pequignot each finished with 10 points.

Braden Tussing led Indian Lake with 11 points.

Kenton Ridge 80, Bellefontaine 68

Bellefontaine dropped a CBC matchup on the road Friday night, falling to Kenton Ridge 80-68. The Chiefs fall to 6-8 on the season, while Kenton Ridge improves to 10-2.

Grayson Lotts led Bellefontaine with 20 points. Jair Mundy added 16, CJ Butler scored 15, and Patrick Stolly finished with 8.

Sutton Daring led with 20 points, Spencer Stolly scored 11, and AJ Conaway added 10.
