BMS Cross Country Teams Shine at CBC Championships

The BMS boys cross country team wrapped up the season strong at the CBC Championships. Andrew Myers and Jackson Maus earned first-team All-CBC honors, finishing 7th and 11th, respectively. Maus achieved a personal record of 12:22.

The BMS girls team also excelled, winning the CBC Championship with a strong collective effort. Cameo Greene and Leila Hammond each earned first-team All-CBC honors, finishing 10th and 11th.

The Chiefs demonstrated remarkable teamwork, with several runners achieving personal bests. The team will build on this success in future seasons.

West Liberty-Salem Success at OHC Championships

On Saturday, the West Liberty-Salem Middle School boys and girls cross country teams competed at Cedarville for the Ohio Heritage Conference (OHC) Championships. Both teams delivered outstanding performances, with the boys team clinching the OHC title with a total score of 26 points.

Leading the boys was Aydan Knox, who finished first with a time of 11:19. The individual placers included:

Benjamin Logan Middle School Championships Recap

The Benjamin Logan Middle School cross country teams wrapped up their season at the CBC Championships held at Graham High School. Paislee Rodenberger earned first-team All-CBC honors, and many runners achieved personal records on the challenging course.

The girls’ team finished 7th out of 12 schools, while the boys’ team placed 6th out of 10 schools.

– Hunter Winnen – 50th, 15:29 (PR)

The team showed significant improvement throughout the season and looks forward to next year.

 

Indian Lake Middle School Cross Country Highlights

At the CBC Championships, the Indian Lake Middle School cross-country teams had several standout performances. The girls team was the runner-up with a total of 75 points, while the boys team placed 4th with 109 points.
