The Lady Chiefs 7th-grade volleyball team hosted the Falcons from Graham Wednesday night in a CBC matchup.
The Chiefs controlled the momentum winning in 2 sets 25-21 & 25-15.
Lexey Brown was dominant on offense tallying 5 kills and 3 aces.
Mia Brown tacked on 2 kills to go with her 4 assists and 7 aces.
Rosalie Lightle added a kill, 3 assists, and an ace.
Madaline Barrett had 4 aces and 2 digs.
The 8th-grade Chiefs were down 12-2 in the third set and 16-9 then rallied back to take a win against Graham.
Brooklyn Kuntz had a strong serving game with 14 points,5 aces and 4 kills.
Lyla Connor also served up 11 points and 5 aces.
Airy Rangel also added 6 points, 3 aces, and 3 digs.
Ava Oppy also had 5 kills and 6 assists.
Zaleny Storm added 5 assists and 3 aces.
Hailey Augustus also added 3 aces and 2 kills.
The Chiefs return to action at North Union on Thursday evening.
Ben Logan was swept Wednesday evening by London Middle School.
The 7th grade team fought hard but lost: 25-23 & 25-15.
