Tuesday night, the Riverside Lady Pirates opened league play with a 6-5 win against Bethel at home.
Keira Manahan had another good night on the mound, striking out ten, and giving up just four hits and no earned runs.
Offensively, Taylor Dillon had two hits with two RBIs.
Riverside will host Dayton Northridge this Thursday at 5 PM.
The Varsity Lady Chiefs traveled to Lima Shawnee and won 7-4.
Offensively they were led by Addison Wical and Averie Vigansky who both went two for four.
Kassi Prine and Laila Butler each added a double.
The JV team defeated Lima Shawnee by run rule in 5 innings, 16-6 Tuesday night.
The Lady Chiefs will travel to Beavercreek on Wednesday.
