Coaches Comments: Our coaches were pleased with the effort and focus of our athletes while fighting thru the rain and cool weather. The meet lead changed throughout the night. The outcome of the meet came down to how the 1600-meter relay would finish. We felt fortunate to edge out a strong Indian Lake team by .50 of a point.
Isabel Henderson had a big night with first-place finishes in the long jump and 400-meter dash along with a second-place finish in the high jump. In her first triple jump competition, Mya Burrey put together a 29-09.75 foot jump to take first place. Freshman, Ella Chamberlin had a breakout day by scoring much-needed points in the 100-, 200- and 400-meter sprints. Kate Gulick and Hannah White ran strong races in both the 100 and 300-meter hurdles. We relied upon some depth to help put points on the board. Every little point made a difference in this meet. It was truly a team effort.
Indian Lake girls placed 3rd and the boys team finished 10th at the Waynesfield Goshen Tiger Invitational.

Elayna Richardson won the 100 m dash (12.9) and 200 m dash (26.3) and the 4×100 m relay (52.9) with Reece Martin, Jalan Martin and Ava Huffman, as well as the 4×400 relay (4:21) with Reece Martin, Reagan Rash, and Cameron Finfrock.
Placing second was Reece Martin in the 100 m hurdles (16.3)
Placing third was Reagan Rash in the 800 m run (2:35) and the 4×800 relay team of Reagan Rash, Evie Wagner, KaiLea Miller and Hannah Metzger (11:15), Ava Faler in triple jump (29-7.75), Evie Wagner in the 3200 m run (13:00)
Placing fourth was the 4×200 team of Ashlynn Biederman, Cameron Finfrock, Jalan Martin and Ava Huffman (1:58), Marah Reames in the triple jump (28-10.75), Meadow McCullough in high jump (4-6), KaiLea Miller in the 1600 m run (6:02)
Placing fifth was Stephanie Altstaetter in the shot put (32-11) and discus (99-4), Hannah Metzger in the 3200 m run (13:32)

Brant Parsell was second in the 300 m hurdles (43.2) and fifth in the 110 m hurdles (17.0)
Issac Morrison was third in the high jump (5-6) and long jump (18-4.5)
