The 7th-grade Benjamin Logan Raiders played hard on Wednesday evening but fell to Indian Lake with a final score of 37-14.
Preston Mikes led the Raiders with 7 points.
The team is set to play their CBC tournament game at Tecumseh on Saturday at 10:00 a.m.
In a tight match, the 8th-grade Raiders were narrowly defeated by Indian Lake, 48-43.
Micah Gregg led the charge with 13 points, while Carrick Spriggs added 11.
With a regular season record of 10-6, the Raiders secured the 5th seed in the CBC tournament and will also play on Saturday at 10:00 a.m.
For the Lakers Nixon Lillard led his team with 27 points, which included four 3-pointers and clutch 4th quarter free throws.
Rush Hurley had 11 points that included a late-game 3-pointer and free throws towards the end of the game.
Alex Tussing scored 6 points making 2 timely 3-pointers.
Cohen Brown played a great game defensively in the post and made 3 clutch free throws in the 4th quarter.
Cole McClelland had 1 point and it was a key free throw towards the end of the game as well.
Kirk Beres played outstanding defensively in the post as well as aiding in many key stops.
Reid Roberts contributed with a big stop in the closing minute to help secure the win.
The Lake finishes the regular season with a 9-7 record.
They move on to tournament play this Saturday at home against Kenton Ridge.
Meanwhile, the Calvary Christian School Spartans Jr. High girls basketball team came out on top against Sidney Christian, winning 17-13.
Madelyn Carter paced the Spartans with 7 points, while Avery Rogers added 6 points and 7 rebounds.
Caroline Moore and Eden LeCrone each contributed 2 points.
The Riverside girls basketball took on Milton Union for their final games of the regular season.
The 7th-grade Lady Pirates earned a 13-6 victory, with Bella Robinson leading the charge with 6 points.
Lilly Jackson added 4 points, and Havannah McClintick contributed 3 points.
Defensively, Gracie Rench, Dorthy Purtee, and Lilly Haynes made key plays to help secure the win.
In the 8th-grade game, the Lady Pirates were defeated by Milton Union, 35-14.
Morgan Klingelhofer led Riverside with 7 points, followed by Ellie Zwiebel with 3 points.
Maddie Schindewolf and Eva Dodds each chipped in 2 points.
Rolissa Foreman had a strong performance on the boards with 8 rebounds, and Kambria Myers grabbed 4 rebounds.
This marked the final game of the season for the Junior High Lady Pirates, who now shift their focus to tournament play.
Both teams will travel to Troy Christian on Saturday for their tournament games.
