Raiders split with Northwestern, Lady Lakers top North Union – Tuesday bowling scores

Area bowling teams were in action Tuesday.

Benjamin Logan took on Northwestern at Victory Lanes in Springfield.

The varsity Lady Raiders won 2,267 – 2,104.

Leading Benjamin Logan was Malori Barnes with a 428 series (245, 183), Reece Plikerd fired a 347 series (176, 171), Sarah Folk added a 173 game and Lorali Klopfenstein chipped in a 149 game.

The Raider varsity boys lost 2,848 – 2,704.

Benjamin Logan was led by Jarrett Buckenroth with a 438 series (248, 190), Nate Davis fired a 433 series (219, 214), Gage Hamm rolled a 416 series (224, 192), Brayson Dafler had a 366 series (211, 155), and Max Mannings contributed with a 181 game.

In the Baker Games, Northwestern took 3 out of 4 from Benjamin Logan.

The Raiders fall to 8-6 in the CBC.

The Benjamin Logan JV team defeated Northwestern 2,385 – 2,292.

The Raiders were led by Caleb Knight with a 417 series (222, 195), Jason Timple tallied a 341 series (170, 171), Daniel Kensler rolled a 211 game, and Conner Reames added a 179 game.

Benjamin Logan’s JV boys improve to 9-1 in the CBC.

The Raiders return to action for Senior Night Friday against North Union. Matches will start at 4 p.m. This will be a Varsity only match for the boys.

The Indian Lake varsity girls topped North Union 2,398 – 2,085.

The Lady Lakers were led by Kayleigh Zedlitz who rolled a 203, Jalan Martin had a 202, Jaelyn Hughes fired a 186, Addison Castle tallied a 178 and Samantha Johnson had a 170.

Indian Lake will travel to Southwest Bowl to face Graham.

The Riverside varsity boys defeated Kenton 2,753 – 2,643.

Leading the Pirates was Zander Crouch with a 458 series (247, 211) and Sam King who added a 219 game.

Kenton won the JV contest 1,365 – 1,178.

Riverside was led by Jackson Linet with a 233 series.

The Pirates are back in action Saturday in the Boro roll-off in Dayton.
