The Raiders got on the board in the first inning after Camden Spriggs hit an RBI double.
A walk by Carter Lyden, a walk by Spriggs, and a single by Anthony Griffith helped the Raiders extend their early lead in the second.
Eaton scored their only run in the top of the fourth on a solo home run to right field by Gavin Winings.
Bryden Morris earned the win for Benjamin Logan, giving up a hit and a run over five innings, striking out nine and walking six.
Evan Seider took the loss for Eaton.
He went one and two-thirds innings, allowing five runs on one hit, striking out one and walking seven.
Jacob Hawley threw two innings of zero-run ball for the Raiders in relief, allowing no hits, striking out one, and walking two.
Spriggs provided the needed pop in the middle of the lineup, going 2-for-2 with two RBIs. Griffith and Spriggs each collected two hits
The Raiders now face Fenwick on Friday in the District Final.
