Riverside Local Schools is wrapping up its re-surfacing of its football field as the Pirates are preparing for the coming football season.
The turf is laid, the numbers are on the field, and the pirate head is complete on the 50-yard line.
All that’s left is the resurfacing of the track around the field, and they will be ready to go for the season.
At Indian Lake, work is complete on the new Athletic Weight Training Center, and attention is now turning to finishing up the new bus garage.
Students are already making use of the weight room, trying to bulk up for the coming seasons.
