The Riverside Junior High Pirates kicked off their football season in a big way Thursday evening, rolling past Fort Loramie with a 42–6 victory.
Vincent Doty led the Pirates’ offense with three touchdowns, while Brayden Harshbarger, Charlie Varian, and Landon Allen each added one score apiece.
On the other side of the ball, the Pirates’ defense held strong, keeping the Redskins in check throughout the game.
