Riverside Knocked Out of Tournament Play

The Riverside baseball team traveled to Bradford Wednesday night and was dealt a 6-0 loss in tournament play.

The Pirates could not take advantage of runners in scoring position the first 3 innings as Bradford was able to get the timely hit.

Riverside pitchers walked 8 batters and only gave up 5 hits in the loss.

Landon Purtee absorbed the loss on the mound.

Gavin Orsborne and Gavin Robinson each provided hits for the Pirates.

Riverside finishes their season with a mark of 12-10

 

Indian Lake and West Liberty-Salem will battle tonight at 5 PM in West Liberty.
