Riverside’s 5th and 6th-grade peewee football team is heading to their version of the Super Bowl after an impressive playoff run.
Coached by Jeromy Wren, the team dominated their first two playoff rounds, shutting out Milton-Union 42–0 and Bethel 33–0. Now, they’ll take on Northridge this Sunday, October 26, at 4 p.m. at Riverside School.
Northridge handed Riverside its only loss of the regular season, 26–14, setting up an exciting rematch for the championship.
