Riverside football standout Simon Godwin recently signed his letter of intent with Division III Muskingum University.
Muskingum is part of the Ohio Athletic Conference in New Concord, OH.
Godwin also considered Indiana State University.
Throughout the season, Godwin hauled in 777 yards on 42 catches with 8 touchdowns.
Godwin plans to study athletic training while at Muskingum.
He chose Muskingum because he loved the small campus atmosphere, in addition to the coaches.
Godwin said that he adapts really well and will work hard to excel at the next level. He realized that playing at the collegiate level has been a goal of his since the 5th grade.
