Indian Lake Varsity Lakers were defeated by Shawnee on Monday, with a final score of 6-1.
Bre Wisener took the mound for Indian Lake, allowing five runs (three earned) while striking out three.
Abigail Elliott provided the lone RBI for Indian Lake, and MacKenzie Miller led with two hits.
The Lakers will face Kenton Ridge on Tuesday.
Laila Butler had an outstanding performance for Bellefontaine Varsity Chieftains, collecting five hits, including two doubles, in a 19-9 victory over Tecumseh.
The Chieftains put up 11 runs in the second inning and extended their lead in the third, thanks to RBI doubles from Joy Fogan, Ava Watson, and Chloe Heminger.
Fogan and Watson each drove in four runs.
Bellefontaine will travel to Tecumseh for their next game on Wednesday.
The Benjamin Logan Lady Raiders secured an 11-3 victory over North Union, racking up 14 hits and eight RBIs.
Rylan Norviel led the offense with three hits and two RBIs, while Keeli Rostorfer also had three hits and drove in two runs.
In the circle, Adilynne Gregg pitched five innings to earn the win, and Chloe Crumm earned a save in two innings of relief.
The Lady Raiders will host North Union again on Wednesday at 5:15 p.m.
The West Liberty-Salem Tigers defeated the Triad Cardinals 6-2.
Kennedy Wallace earned the win, striking out seven batters and allowing just two runs.
The Tigers amassed 10 hits, with Wallace, Kiersten Stoll, and Teagan Boyd each contributing two.
Boyd also stole two bases, and the Tigers turned two double plays in the win.
West Liberty-Salem will face Triad again on Tuesday.
Riverside’s JV team fell short against Minster 7-17.
Molly Carman had a home run and a double with 1 RBI.
Kenzie Stotler also had a double with 2 RBIs.
