The West Liberty-Salem girls soccer team picked up an 8-0 conference victory Thursday at West Jefferson.
Karlee Lucas led the Tigers with two goals, while Jenna Cline, Avery Brown, Ellery Wygal, Emily King, Lilly Yeater and Ella Jacobs each added a goal.
Cali Benavides and Jacobs each recorded an assist for West Liberty-Salem.
In goal, Jacobs made four saves, and Arianna Weaver added one save as the Tigers combined for the shutout.
West Liberty-Salem improves to 3-1-1 overall and 2-0-1 in Ohio Heritage Conference play.
The Tigers return to action Thursday when they host Botkins in a non-conference match. Kickoff has been moved to 7:00 p.m. due to the expected heat.
