The Triad High School Girls Varsity Basketball team played an away game against Fairbanks Wednesday evening, falling to the home team with a final score of 63-18.
For Triad, Jazz Ford led the team with 6 points, 1 assist, and 3 rebounds, while Abbey Overfield added 6 points and 2 rebounds in the defeat.
Triad will look to bounce back this Saturday when they host West Jefferson for a Varsity-only game.
Tip-off is set for 6:00 p.m.
