Triad senior Cohen Millice wrapped up his high school golf career Monday at the Division III Boys’ District Tournament at Heatherwoode Golf Club.
Millice finished tied for 19th overall with a score of 85, shooting a 44 on the front nine and a 41 on the back nine.
He finished the day with pars on 11 holes and recorded two bogeys, finishing 14 over par.
Millice continued to battle throughout the round and finished strong on the back nine in his final high school tournament.
A special moment came on the final hole, when Millice’s dad walked alongside him as he completed the final hole of his high school career.
Millice finishes his high school career with plenty to be proud of, including a strong season that saw him compete at the district level.
He will now look ahead to continuing his golf career at the college level.
