Vito Places in The Top 5 in World Cup

(Mammoth Lakes, CA) After enduring days of wind and heavy snowfall in Mammoth, CA, a brief respite in the weather allowed the men to compete in the halfpipe finals of the Toyota U.S. Grand Prix, a prestigious World Cup event.
With six victories in this event and four overall Grand Prix championship titles under his belt, veteran snowboarder Louie Vito, the oldest competitor on the tour, showcased his skill. Despite fierce competition, his first run in the best of two earned him a commendable 5th place finish.
A formidable Japanese team swept the podium making Louie’s achievement even more noteworthy given his age and experience.

Vito will now shifts his focus to the final World Cup event of the season in Calgary, Canada.
