Indian Lake defeated Springfield Shawnee Tuesday night: 25-13, 25-20 & 25-20 to move their overall record to 11-1, 5-0 in the CBC.

For the Lakers:

  • Madison Brentlinger was 14/15 serving with 5 aces, 11 kills, and 12 digs
  • Kenzie Dixon was 19/19 serving with 3 aces, 7 kills, and 12 digs
  • Halle Roby was 10/10 hitting with 5 kills and having 30 assists
  • Katie Roby had 20 digs and 4 assists
  • Devin Rice was 20/22 hitting and 6 kills

The Chieftains traveled to Urbana for a volleyball match Tuesday.

The Chiefs were victorious 25-10, 25-6 & 25-21.

  • Ava Campbell joined in with 7 kills, a solo block, and a perfect serving
  • Taylor Banta had 13 kills
  • Kelsie Snapp recorded 13 kills, 13 digs and was 28/30 serving, with a solo block
  • Alexza Clifton tallied 11 digs and 3 kills
  • Madi Zedeker chipped in with 43 assists, 13 digs, and was 15/15 serving

The JV Red Chiefs won in straight sets 25-17 & 25-6.

  • Presley Vigansky led the Chiefs with 14 assists and was 15/16 serving
  • Ava Layman added 8 kills and was 8/8 serving with 2 aces
  • Emma Whitaker recorded a solo block and was 7/7 serving
  • Kylee Boggs tallied 4 digs and perfect serving
  • Kaeleigh Flora had 5 kills, and 7 digs and was 8/9 serving with 2 aces

The JV Black Chiefs won in straight sets 25-11 & 25-11.

The Riverside Varsity fell short against Milton Union in 5 sets: 25-19, 25-21,16-25,27-29 & 9-15.

For the Pirates:

Riverside JV lost against Milton Union in two sets. 19-25 & 22-25.

The Calvary JV volleyball conquered their first win Tuesday night against Royalmont in 2 sets: 25-19 & 25-9.

  • Elisabeth Hermiller had 4 aces
  • Mya Davis had 6 aces
  • Bella Titus had 2 aces

Calvary will have their next home game this Thursday at 6:45 p.m. at Union Station and Varsity will play at 8 p.m.
