Wednesday night basketball results

Bellefontaine’s varsity girls fell in their final home game of the season to Tecumseh 66-55.

The Lady Chiefs fall to 11-8 (2-4 CBC).

Bellefontaine will travel to Jonathan Alder next Wednesday.

The Benjamin Logan varsity girls lost to North Union 49-35.

Georgia Bates led the Lady Raiders with 9 points and Kyndal Cronkleton and Mia Stahler both added 8 points each.

Benjamin Logan falls to 9-9 on the season (4-3 CBC).

The JV Lady Raiders also fell to North Union 35-22.

Addison Kuhn led Benjamin Logan with 10 points.

The JV Lady Raiders fall to 10-4.

Benjamin Logan will be back in action at home Saturday. The JV will take on Marysville at 2 p.m. and the varsity will follow taking on Urbana.

Indian Lake’s varsity girls lost to Northwestern 50-49.

The game was tied at 49 with 10 seconds left and a foul was called that sent Natalee Risner to the line for Northwestern, making the 1st of a one and one.

On the ensuing possession for Indian Lake, their final shot attempt was blocked.

Stephanie Altstaetter led the Lady Lakers with 26 points. Altstaetter went 10 of 11 free throws in the 4th quarter.

Allison Kinney and Mackenzie Dixon scored 6 apiece and Meadow McCullough added 5 points.

Indian Lake falls to 6-11 (2-6 CBC).

The JV Lakers won 22-7 in a 2-quarter contest.

Carly Strayer paced Indian Lake with 13 points and 11 rebounds.

The Lady Lakers will hit the court again Monday when they travel to Fort Recovery.

The Urbana varsity girls blasted Graham 60-27.

Peyton Mounce led the Lady Hillclimbers with 25 points and Reagan Cotner added 14.

Urbana improves to 11-5 (5-2 CBC).

Graham falls to 4-12 (0-7 CBC) and will host Northwestern Saturday.

Middle School:

The Benjamin Logan 7th-grade boys defeated Northridge 39-30.

Maddox Vermillion led the Raiders with 24 points and Dylan Tracey chipped in with 5 points.

The Benjamin Logan 8th-grade boys lost to Northridge 43-28.

Andrew Frederick paced the Raiders with 11 points, Diesel Baughman added 6 points and Alex Hassel poured in 5 points.

Benjamin Logan will take on Indian Lake Saturday morning.
