Middle school boys basketball teams across the area were in action this week, with several squads posting strong performances and key wins.
West Liberty-Salem 8th Grade Boys
West Liberty-Salem remained unbeaten on the season with a 46–29 victory over Greenview, improving to 5–0 overall.

The WL-S 7th grade boys picked up a 37–19 road win at Greenview, improving their record to 3–2.

The Indian Lake 7th-grade boys dropped a 35–29 home decision to Urbana in a tightly contested matchup.
The Lakers cut the deficit to as few as three points in the fourth quarter but were unable to complete the comeback.
