The West Liberty-Salem 7th grade girls basketball team improved to a perfect 6-0 with a 31-18 win over Greenon on Monday night. The Tigers were led by Rylee Falloon with 9 points, followed by Bella Johnson with 8, Avery Brown with 7, Lilly Yeater with 5, and Avery Randall with 2.
The West Liberty-Salem 8th grade girls basketball team narrowly lost to Greenon at home, 38-36. The Tigers are now 3-4 on the season. They will play at Cedarville on January 2nd, with their game following the 7th-grade matchup.
West Liberty-Salem’s 8th grade boys basketball team defeated Greenon 44-19. Brandel Sullivan led the team with 22 points, with Isaiah Barth adding 7 points, Nate Shively contributing 5, and Tyler Hershberger, Eli Jones, and Carter Pratt each scoring 4, 4, and 2 points respectively.
