The West Liberty-Salem 8th grade girls volleyball team secured a convincing win over Northeastern on Tuesday. The Lady Tigers triumphed in straight sets with scores of 25-16 and 25-21. This victory improves their record to 3-1 for the season.
In earlier action, the 7th grade Tigers also achieved a strong performance, sweeping the Northeastern Jets in two sets, 25-16 and 25-14. Alissa Dixon led the charge with 6 aces, while Bella Johnson contributed with 5 aces and 9 assists. The 7th grade team now holds a record of 2-1.
