The West Liberty-Salem cheerleaders spent last week at UCA Cheer Camp in Urbana, getting ready for the coming season. The intense three-day camp was packed with cheers, sidelines, and dances designed to challenge them physically and mentally – pushing them to be their very best.
The following were selected as All-American Cheerleaders and will perform at various events across the country this year.

- Geneva Estep (2-time All-American)
- Emery Loganberger (2-time All-American)
- Eliza Halterman
- Ellery Wygal
“These camps are invaluable for team and skill building,” Coach Allison Wygal said. “I am so proud of the way our team showed up every day with energy and grit. (The) showcase performance was nothing short of stellar.”
