The West Liberty-Salem Tigers celebrated a strong performance in middle school football on Thursday, securing a 16-6 victory against Mechanicsburg.
Quarterback Brandel Sullivan played a pivotal role, throwing an 8-yard touchdown pass to Jack Harman and later scoring on a 19-yard run.
Sullivan also contributed two two-point conversion runs to round out the scoring.
On the defensive side, Lucas Cook recorded a key fumble recovery, while Kipton Crowder notched a sack.
Grant Krabill was instrumental in the defensive effort with multiple tackles for loss.
With the win, the Tigers improved their record to 3-4 and are looking to finish the season strong this Tuesday at home against Triad.
