The West Liberty-Salem boys varsity soccer team picked up another win Tuesday evening, defeating Emmanuel Christian 3-1 to improve to 4-2-2 on the season.
The Tigers received goals from three different players in the victory. Conner Leichty, Miles Christison, and Kamden Yang each found the back of the net to provide the scoring for West Liberty-Salem.
Yang also contributed an assist, while David Roberts added an assist as the Tigers put together a balanced offensive effort.
West Liberty-Salem also got a strong performance in goal from Tucker Searles, who recorded five saves to help keep Emmanuel Christian off the scoreboard for much of the contest.
With the victory, the Tigers continue their strong start to the season at 4-2-2 and will now prepare for their next matchup.
West Liberty-Salem returns to action next Tuesday when the Tigers travel to Franklin Monroe. The match is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m.
