Former Riverside volleyball standout, and current Bluffton University freshman, Jenna Woods was recently named Second Team All-Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC).
Throughout the regular season for the Beavers, Woods accumulated 230 kills and 257.5 points, both team highs. According to a release from Bluffton, the 230 kills are 10th all-time for a freshman.
Woods also tallied 41 blocks, two aces, and 68 digs during her first collegiate season.
Bluffton secured the sixth seed in the HCAC tournament.
The Beavers will travel to take on the Earlham College Quakers this evening (Wednesday, Nov. 2nd).
Earlham topped Bluffton over the weekend, winning in 5 sets.
