Huntsville U11’s soccer teams had a successful Saturday, with notable victories and strong individual performances.
In their first game of the day, Huntsville U11 triumphed over Calvary 2 with a score of 5-2. The victory was driven by Levi Smith, who scored twice, while Jordyn Hoge, Kamden Lacher, and Lincoln Groeschel each contributed a goal. Despite Jameson Morrison’s two goals for Calvary, the team couldn’t overcome Huntsville’s balanced attack.
Later, Huntsville U11 continued their winning streak with a 3-0 win against North Logan 2. Levi Smith again led the charge with two goals, and Krew Klofta added the third. Cora Corcoran earned a shutout in goal, supported by a solid defensive effort from Kase Christman, Christian Kelley, and Kenzie Stidam, who kept North Logan scoreless.
Meanwhile, Lakeview U9 Team #4 defeated Huntsville Team #2 10-4. Andre Miller was the standout with five goals, supported by Kayden James with four and Trace Dalton with one, along with six assists. Chayton Born and Aurora Michell played key roles in defense, despite Huntsville’s strong offensive push.
Overall, Huntsville showcased impressive teamwork and individual talent across their matches, setting a strong foundation for the rest of the season.
