Zanesfield Farm 2 captures 2026 County Farm Championship

Zanesfield Farm 2 capped off an outstanding season by claiming the 2026 County Farm Championship, finishing with an impressive 13-1 record.

The championship team featured Tobias Williams, Paxton Rohrs, James Black, Hunter Riedmiller, Harrison Rice, Grayson Young, George Lowe, Corwin Lowe, Eli Smithers, Colten Damron, Brody Bickham, Briar Dowell and Sam Miller.

The Indians were led by a dominant performance from George Lowe in the championship game. Lowe struck out 11 batters without issuing a walk over 4 2/3 innings before moving to first base after reaching his pitch limit, where he recorded the game’s final out on a fly ball.

Offensively, the team delivered another balanced performance. Lowe tripled, James Black doubled, Briar Dowell collected two hits, Corwin Lowe added a double, and Hunter Riedmiller finished with a double and five RBIs. Tobias Williams contributed a single, while Sam Miller reached base three times on walks and scored on a steal of home. Grayson Young recorded two hits, including a game-ending triple that drove in two runs in the bottom of the fifth inning to end the contest by the run rule.

The championship marks the culmination of a season filled with consistent contributions from the entire roster and coaching staff, as Zanesfield Farm 2 finished atop the county with a 13-1 record.
