With deep sadness, we announce that Alan Eugene Fryling was 3 days shy of his 65th birthday when he passed away on March 12th, 2026, in his home. A devoted husband and father, Alan was well-liked and had many friends.
Born March 15th, 1961, in Bellefontaine, where he lived all his life. Alan was a respected mechanic of nearly 50 years. He was passionate about cars and music, and the only thing he loved more than cars or music was his family.
He is survived by his wife of 33 years, LaDeana Fryling, son, Neal (Evlen) Fryling, sister Sue (Dave) Loscavo, sister-in-law Karen (Chadd) Rozmus, nieces Jill Brunner-Stevens, Linda (Larry) Stemen, and Julie Taylor-Dye, and nephews Brandon (Tori) Rozmus and Jeramia (Maci) Rozmus, along with several grand-nephews and nieces.
Funeral services will be held on March 21st, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. at Jennings Farley & Seeley Funeral Home, 5591 US Hwy 68 S., West Liberty, OH 43357. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will take place in Highland Memorial Cemetery.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family to assist in final expenses.
