C. Roger Bullock, 84, of Belle Center, passed away June 26, 2026, at his home surrounded by friends and family. Roger was born in Hardin County on July 10, 1941, a son of Clyde and Viola (Lowery) Bullock.
He married Sandra (Ross) Bullock on April 7, 1980, and she survives; also surviving his son Rodger (Heather) Bullock, grandsons Dane and Jacob; daughter Melissa (Bill) Perry; granddaughters Crystal and Ashley all from Florida; step-son Travis (Laura) Cooper of Belle Center; step-granddaughter, Ashley (Jeremy) Ford, step-grandson, Zachary LeTellier, great- granddaughter Alayna Johnson, and great-grandson Zander Ford. He is also survived by his brother Phillip Bullock of West Liberty, Ohio.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Coral Marie Reames, and brothers Ronald and Larry.
Roger was very proud to serve in the U.S. Army, where he was stationed in Fairbanks, Alaska, for 2 years.
He worked at D.A.B. from 1963 until his retirement in 2006. He was a member of Indian Lake Moose Lodge for several years. He enjoyed woodworking and was a very passionate gardener. He insisted on never seeing a dandelion in his yard! Roger also liked bird watching!
He was known for taking his little white dog "Lexie" for rides around town every evening in the pickup truck with her head hanging out the window and cruising Belle Center on his "purple" golf cart! Roger was one of a kind!!
Per his request, he was cremated and requested no services.
