Edwin C. SteinmetzBellefontaine, Ohio

Edwin C. Steinmetz, 55, of Huntsville, passed away on Wednesday, November 8, 2023, at Mary Rutan Hospital. He was born in Bellefontaine, Ohio on December 4, 1967, to the late Richard Charles and Marilyn Sue (Metzler) Steinmetz.

He leaves behind his sisters: Arnetta (Michael) Wallbrown of Huntsville, Arlene Jenkins of Huntsville, and Holly (Vince) Liming of Xenia; nephews: Matthew Jenkins, Colby (Brandi) Wallbrown, Reyse (Morgan) Wallbrown, Cody Liming and Justin (Lauren) Liming; nieces: Kennedy Wallbrown and MacKenzie Liming and a great-niece, Paisyn Wallbrown.

Ed was a graduate of Indian Lake High School and later went on to receive a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Bowling Green State University. He was a simple man but found much joy in going on hikes and attending Bowling Green rugby games.

Per Ed’s wishes, he will be cremated and there will be no services at this time.
