It is with heavy hearts we announce Gary Hullinger, 71, of Bellefontaine, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on Monday, August 19, 2024.
Gary was born on October 7, 1952, in Bellefontaine, Ohio, Gary was the son of the late Richard and Noan Hullinger.
Gary is survived by his brother, James Hullinger, and sister-in-law, Lori Hullinger. He was a proud uncle to his nephew, Cody Hullinger, and his wife, Natalie Hullinger, and Gary’s great-niece expected in November. Gary also held a special place in his heart for his godson, Casey Vance, the son of Bob and Deb Vance. Gary is also survived by friends commonly referred to as his brother, Robert Carnes, and his wife, Lori Carnes.
Gary dedicated over 40 years of his life to serving the community through his work at Kroger. Gary had a profound passion for all things cars, whether restoring cars, attending car shows, and Nascar races. He leaves behind a legacy of cherished memories that will forever live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
A celebration of Gary's life will be held at a later date, where all who knew him are invited to share their stories and honor his memory.
Rest in peace, Gary. You will be deeply missed.
