Jason A. Wallace, 51, of Lakeview, OH, passed away Saturday, March 21, 2026, after a two-year battle with cancer.
Jason was born on October 1, 1974, in Columbus, OH.
Jason is survived by his mother, Nadine (Wallace) Wilber, and his father, who stepped up, Arthur Wilber, his brother, Chad (Mindy) Wallace, and his beloved niece, Fenella Wallace. He is also survived by his aunts, Melanie Rapp, Angela (Jerry) Walker, Teresa Allen, and Mary Boatman, his uncles, Douglas, David, and Don Wallace, numerous cousins and second cousins, whom he loved and enjoyed spending time with. He was called “Uncle Cousin” and “Cousin Brother” by many.
Jason was preceded in death by his grandparents, Don and Mary Wallace, and Wesley and Florence Wilber, his uncle Jon Wallace, and his cousin/buddy, Douglas Wallace Jr.
Per Jason’s request, there will be no services at this time. A Celebration of Jason’s life will be scheduled for a later date. Sadly, this means no more lasagna at family gatherings.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Indian Lake Music Boosters, 6210 St Rt 235 N, Lewistown, OH 43333.
