Mike will always hold a lot of special memories with his family & friends. Starting with CB, then Ham radio, both became a “big” part of Mike’s life. He spent several years as a CB operator, and to many, he will always be “Fordman”. As his focus shifted, Mike proudly acquired his Ham operator's license, which began a two decade-long enthusiasm with Ham radio, talking with people across the globe. He had a knack for striking up conversations, loved talking with people, and sharing stories. He developed many good friendships over the years through his CB and Ham radio. Another big part of Mike’s life was music and singing along to songs he loved; it was one of his favorite pastimes. Many family & friends have cherished memories with him and music. His love of music has been a generational influence in many ways. Mike did many more things throughout his life and wore many hats (Ha ha!), most of all, “Mike made memories & will be Greatly Missed!”

A Celebration of Life ceremony will be held on Sunday, March 1, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm at the American Legion in Bellefontaine.
