1939-2026
Nancy L. Millisor, 87, of Belle Center, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 4, 2026. She was born on October 8, 1939, to the late Ralph A. and Mildred Lucille (Chiles) Smith.
On November 27, 1957, she married Russel D. Millisor, and he preceded her in death on August 31, 2013. She is also preceded in death by her son, Daniel Millisor, and her sister, Carole Ann (Don) Robinson.
She is survived by her daughters: Jean Ann Millisor, Debra (Brian) Thompson, and Julie Smith; grandchildren: Tyler (Grant) Edwards, Logan Conley, Derek (Linda) Thompson, and Jennifer (Kincade) Tallman; great-grandchildren: Gabby, Lili, and Bri Thompson, Oliver and Arthur Tallman, and Rune and Emily Edwards; and several nieces and nephews.
As a lifelong resident of Belle Center, Nancy gave back to her community. She was a member of the Belle Center Cornerstone Church, was on the Belle Center Library Board for many years, and was one of the original BMRT Squad members. She worked at the Huntington Bank, where she met many wonderful people. In her leisure time, she loved reading and doing crossword puzzles.
Pastor Kevin Smith will officiate a graveside service on Friday, November 6, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at the Fairview Cemetery, Belle Center.
